How to order
How can you order from CAN couture?
Simply fill in the order form and state the following information:
Block 1. Your name (eg. Courtney Scott)
Block 2. Your email address (eg. courtney@gmail.com)
Block 3. The address you want your garments to be sent to
(eg. 6 Hilton Steet, Beacon Bay, East london, South Africa, 5247.)
Block 4. The name of the collection (eg. Mommi n Me range 2014)
The style number (eg. style 3)
Which garments you want (eg. 4 piece set)
The colours chosen (eg. cerise pink)
The size (eg. Small, 12-18 months)
Once you happy with your order, press the send button.
Once we have received your order, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
As soon as the order has been finalized and your invoice has been sent to you, you may do the payment via eft to the banking details that are provided on the order form.
As soon as we receive the notification of proof of payment, your order will be put through.
Delivery
Delivery costs will be based on the size of the order and destination.
(If the order has been placed in East London, the order can be collected
@ 25 Beach road, Nahoon, East London).
Naturally, you will want to receive your order as soon as possible, waiting list is approximately 2-6 weeks from payment date.
Returns Policy
We would like you to be 100% happy with your CAN couture purchase.
If for any reason you are not 100% happy, please state the reason and depending on the reason, you may return your garments for an exchange, provided we are in agreement for you to return the garments and you have the original invoice. Please note the garments must be in a saleable condition.

Returns are at your own expense.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded.

All the sizes and colours we offer are shown. You may order any colour from our colour swatches and any size from our size chart.
What if you would like to know more about an item?
This website shows you exactly what each garment looks like on and if you have any further questions, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
Does CAN couture have a catalogue?
Yes, we do have a catalogue for you to view and order from. There are new items added every season. This means new designs coming in from which you can order from.
Will CAN couture have the items you want?
We do not stock every item as every style is custom made to suit your colour preference and size. We do our best to make it up as soon as possible to suit your needs.
Is there a minimum amount you must purchase for?
No, you are more than welcome to purchase a single item or as many as you would like too. We are happy to deliver any garment you order!
